The championship register records nine reigns through May 2024. Notable defenses include Yohanna Bhatti retaining against Moosa Hassan Kamani at Wrestlemax I and against both Moosa Hassan Kamani and Green Cheetah at Ruthless Aggression in January 2022. Moosa later retained against White Cobra at Survivor War and XMAK at New Years Heaven. At Summer Smash, Jordan Hurr defeated Moosa in a winner-takes-all I Quit match, but departed REW afterward; the promotion restored the championship to Moosa, beginning his second reign. At Ruthless Aggression on September 30, 2023, The Noom defeated Moosa to claim the title. The original register identifies Ather Zahid as the winner against The Noom at Wrestlemax III on May 4, 2024; however, the event archive instead names The Noom as the winner and separately refers to Ather Zahid vacating the title. This inconsistency requires confirmation before the current titleholder can be stated definitively.
